Description
The Flux Black Oval Mirror makes a bold contemporary statement with its sleek pill-shaped silhouette and sophisticated matte black frame. This striking piece creates dramatic contrast against light walls, where the elongated oval form softens the strong black outline while maintaining a powerful design presence. The ultra-slim profile ensures the mirror appears to float against the wall, making it an ideal choice for modern bathrooms seeking that gallery-worthy aesthetic.
Offered in two versatile sizes to suit different spatial needs, this mirror adapts beautifully to various bathroom configurations. The smaller size creates an elegant vertical accent perfect for powder rooms, while the larger option provides flexibility for horizontal placement above broader vanities. The matte black finish absorbs and diffuses light, creating a sophisticated frame that draws the eye inward while complementing industrial, minimalist, or luxe bathroom designs.

Common questions
Can it be hung horizontally?
The 1200 x 600mm size can be hung vertically or horizontally. The 900 x 450mm size is for vertical mounting only.
Are brackets included?
Yes, wall-mounting brackets are included.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free Australia-wide. In-stock orders arrive in 3–5 business days. You get a tracking email as soon as your mirror is on its way. The estimated delivery dates shown under the Add to cart button are worked out for an order placed today.
What if my mirror arrives damaged?
It happens rarely, and we fix it quickly. Inspect the packaging on arrival and note any damage when you sign for the delivery. Then email photos to info@mirrorsdirect.com.au within 7 days and we will send out a replacement.
How do I hang it, and what is included?
Wall mirrors come with hooks or a hanging system already fitted to the back, so they are ready to hang on screws or wall anchors suited to your wall type (plasterboard, brick or tile). This mirror can be hung horizontally or vertically.
Can I use it in a bathroom?
Yes. Any mirror will fog in a steamy room, so wipe it with a soft microfibre cloth and keep the room ventilated. Our mirrors use a quality reflective coating that stands up to heat and moisture, so black spots and de-silvering are not something you need to worry about with normal care.
Which size suits my space?
A good rule: a mirror above a vanity or console looks best at roughly two-thirds the width of the furniture beneath it, and a feature mirror on a wall wants breathing room on both sides.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. Every mirror comes with 14-day easy returns. If it is not right for your space, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange it.
