You get a confirmation email. Your card is pre-authorised, not charged yet.

We confirm stock with the warehouse straight away. If it's unavailable, we cancel the pre-authorisation and email you.
- 3Dispatched
In-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days.
- 4Tracking sent
Within 24 hours of dispatch, to the email you used at checkout.
- 5Delivered
Check the box before you sign and note any damage on the delivery slip.

Ablaze LED mirrors are usually quicker, around 2–4 business days. Large floor mirrors may arrive with a separate courier.
Delivery questions
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
No. Mirrors travel by courier and need a street address where someone can sign for them.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched. Email info@mirrorsdirect.com.au with your order number and the new address as soon as you can.
What if my mirror arrives damaged?
Note it on the delivery slip when you sign, then email photos to us within 7 days with your order number and we'll send a replacement. Full details on our returns page.
