Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, Australia-wide. No minimum spend, metro or regional.
How long will my mirror take to arrive?
In-stock mirrors are dispatched within 1–3 business days and most arrive within 3–5 business days of ordering. Ablaze LED mirrors are usually a little quicker, around 2–4 business days. Remote areas and the Northern Territory can take a few days longer.
Where is my mirror sent from?
Every mirror ships from our suppliers' warehouses within Australia, direct to you. That's how we keep delivery free and the range large.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch, to the email you used at checkout. No tracking after 6 business days? Email info@mirrorsdirect.com.au with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
Returns and damage
What if my mirror arrives damaged?
Check the box when it arrives and note any damage when you sign. Then email photos to info@mirrorsdirect.com.au within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, and we'll send a replacement. Details are on our returns page.
Can I return a mirror if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery. Email us your order number and we'll send return instructions. The mirror needs to be unused and undamaged, and return shipping is paid by you. Once it's received and checked, we refund your original payment method.
Do your mirrors have a warranty?
Every mirror comes with its manufacturer's warranty, and we deal with the manufacturer for you. You're also covered by the guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law.
Products and installation
Do you have a showroom?
No, we're online only. Without showroom overheads we can offer better prices on a wider range of mirrors, delivered free to your door. If you'd like a second opinion on a mirror, call us on (02) 7245 4092 and we'll talk it through.
Do you make custom mirrors?
Our range is stocked sizes, but with 1,000+ mirrors we can usually match what you need. Send us your dimensions and we'll suggest options, including what's possible from our suppliers.
Do you install mirrors?
No. Wall mirrors come with hooks or a hanging system fitted to the back, so any handyperson can hang them. LED mirrors need to be hard-wired by a licensed electrician.
Which size should I choose?
A good rule: a mirror above a vanity or console looks best at roughly two-thirds the width of the furniture beneath it, and a feature mirror on a wall wants breathing room on both sides. For a full length mirror, allow around 1200mm or more of height to see head to toe. Every collection has width and height filters, or try Find my mirror for picks based on your room.
Orders and payment
Are prices in AUD and include GST?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price you see is the price you pay.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.
What if an item is out of stock after I order?
Your card is only pre-authorised when you order. We confirm stock with the warehouse straight away, and if it's unavailable we cancel the pre-authorisation and email you with options.

Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Builders, designers and commercial buyers get trade pricing, volume discounts and a dedicated account manager. Apply for a trade account.
