Exchanges/Returns

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@mirrorsdirect.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged item and we will send out a replacement order. 


Easy Returns: 

We offer a 14 Day Return Policy. 

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, please email us at info@mirrorsdirect.com.au with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.

Please note, you as the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order.

In order to receive a refund, the item(s) must not be damaged or show any visual signs of wear. Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment.
